Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and efficient service for all our clients, please review our booking policy below: ✅ Appointments: All services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is booked, along with a reminder prior to your scheduled time. 🔄 Cancellations & Reschedules: We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled start time. ❗Late Cancellations / No Shows: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment without notice: A $50 fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services. 📞 How to Cancel or Reschedule: Use the link provided in your confirmation email to manage your appointment. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact us directly at (407) 680-1033. 💳 Payment & Fees: Some services may require prepayment. If a late cancellation or no-show occurs, the $50 fee will either be deducted from your prepayment or charged to the payment method on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and appointment availability. This policy allows us to serve all of our clients in a timely and fair manner.
