Hi, I’m Kimberly Adamski, founder of I Tax You Relax and a lifelong champion for PTA, PTSA, PTO, and the broader parent-teacher community. As a woman-owned business based in Central Florida, I created this service to help nonprofit leaders like you stay compliant with the IRS, without the stress or confusion.

For over 20 years, I’ve volunteered in local, county, and state PTA leadership roles which includes four years at the state PTA office and one year working directly for the IRS where I gained valuable insights into nonprofit tax law.

During my time in these roles, I’ve:

• Guided over 1,200 nonprofit units through the IRS 501(c)(3) compliance process

• Built and led a Treasurer Training Program to help new board members understand their fiduciary responsibilities

• Maintained a 100% success rate in penalty abatement for nonprofits facing IRS fines

• Created efficient workflow systems that helped streamline audits, bylaws, and financial reviews

• Prepared and reconciled monthly financials, managed budgets, and ensured proper state and federal compliance
